摘要
                
                    为了进一步降低龙桥矿业公司选矿厂浮选生产成本,改善精矿过磨,提高浮选指标,针对选矿厂铜硫分离粗精矿再磨机能耗高、精矿过磨严重的现状,采用新型低耗的塔磨机替代原溢流型球磨机,并使用纳米复合陶瓷球作为磨矿介质。工业应用实践表明:采用塔磨机和陶瓷球磨矿,铜作业回收率提高了2.15个百分点,在进一步降低能耗的同时,改善了精矿过磨程度,提高了浮选工艺指标,每年可产生综合经济效益96.8万元。
                
                In order to further reduce the flotation production cost of the concentrator of Longqiao Min⁃ing Company,improve the concentrate overgrinding and the flotation index,in view of the high energy con⁃sumption and serious concentrate overgrinding of the copper-sulfur separation coarse concentrate regrinding machine in the concentrator,a new type of low-consumption tower mill is used to replace the original over⁃flow ball mill,and the nano-composite ceramic ball is used as the grinding medium.The industrial applica⁃tion practice shows that the recovery rate of copper operation is increased by 2.15 percentage points by using tower mill and ceramic ball grinding.At the same time of further reducing energy consumption,the over⁃grinding degree of concentrate is improved,the flotation process index is improved,and the comprehensive economic benefit is 96.8 million yuan per year.
