非煤矿山企业智慧化建设评价系统构建 被引量:1

摘要 国内非煤矿山规模与发展程度不一,对智慧化建设情况了解不足。对非煤数字、智慧矿山建设情况及成果进行评价时,无法形成统一的评价标准,阻碍了非煤矿山企业进行智慧化建设统筹安排。利用层次分析法构建了矿山生产、环境安全、可视化系统、企业管理多面评价模型,对非煤矿山企业智慧化建设程度进行评价分析。最终对安徽省非煤矿山企业进行评价分析,得出安徽省非煤矿山大部分仍停留在数字矿山与感知矿山阶段,仅有少数非煤矿山达到了智慧矿山阶段的结果。 The scale and development degree of domestic non-coal mines are different,and the under⁃standing of intelligent construction is insufficient.When the construction situation and results of non-coal digital mines and smart mines are evaluated,it is impossible to form a unified evaluation standard,which hinders non-coal mine enterprises to make overall arrangements for intelligent construction.The multi-as⁃pect evaluation model of mine production,environmental safety,visualization system and enterprise manage⁃ment is constructed by AHP,and the degree of intelligent construction of non-coal mine enterprises is evalu⁃ated and analyzed.Finally,the evaluation system is used to evaluate and analyze the non-coal mining enter⁃prises in Anhui province,and it is concluded that most of the non-coal mines in Anhui province are still in the stage of digital mines and perception mines,and only a few non-coal mines have reached the stage of smart mines.
