国内外特种植物油质量安全风险因素分析

Analysis of the Quality Safety Risk Factors of Special Vegetable Oils in China and Abroad

摘要 本文以紫苏油、南瓜籽油、琉璃苣油、亚麻油和月见草油5种特种植物油为研究对象,统计分析国内特种植物油抽检不合格数据,以及我国和其他国家(地区)出口特种植物油被通报的案例,揭示国内外特种植物油质量安全方面存在的风险因素。结果表明:各国家(地区)对特种植物油的质量安全风险关注重点不同,质量安全风险呈现出复杂性、多样性和全过程性。酸价超标是导致国内特种植物油质量安全问题的主要风险因素;苯并[a]芘超标是导致出口特种植物油质量安全问题的主要风险因素。 Taking five kinds of special vegetable oils(perilla oil,pumpkin seed oil,borage oil,linseed oil and evening primrose oil)as the research objects,the cases of the domestic special vegetable oils sampling unqualified data were analyzed statistically,as well as export of special vegetable oils from our country and other countries(regions),reveals special vegetable oils quality and safety risk factors in China and abroad.The results showed that different countries(regions)pay different attention to the quality safety risk of special vegetable oils,and the quality safety risk are complicated,diverse and whole process.The excessive acid value was the main risk factor leading to quality and safety problem of specialty vegetable oils in China.The excessive benzo[a]pyrene was the main risk factor leading to quality and safety problem of export specialty vegetable oils.
