摘要
在日常生活中,对于珍稀且易受损的藏红花而言,采用科学、规范的保存方法尤为重要。为研究不同保存条件下藏红花中西红花苷-I的含量变化,寻找藏红花有效且便捷的保存方法,开展精密度、稳定性、重复性、加样回收率实验,并将藏红花在不同温度、不同光照强度、不同氧气条件下保存,间隔时间取出,检测其中西红花苷-I的含量。结果表明,-18 ℃冷冻,配合黑暗和真空环境,是藏红花的理想保存条件。
In daily life,it is particularly important to adopt scientific and standardized preservation methods for rare and vulnerable Crocus sativus.In order to study the change of crocin-I content in Crocus sativus under different storage conditions,and to find an effective and convenient storage method for Crocus sativus,the precision,stability,repeatability and recovery rate of Crocus sativus are tested.Crocus sativus is stored at different temperatures,different light intensity and different oxygen conditions at intervals to detect the content of crocin-I in Crocus sativus.The result shows that the freezing temperature of-18℃,combined with the dark and vacuum environment,is the ideal preservation condition for Crocus sativus.
