摘要
玻璃纤维具有耐热性好、抗腐蚀性能好,绝缘性好等一系列优异特性,是作为增强材料较好的选择,但其具有与树脂基体的相容性、浸润性较差等缺点。为了更好地发挥其承载功能,必需改善树脂基体与玻璃纤维的相容性及润湿性。因此,有必要对玻璃纤维表面进行改性。文章主要介绍了近年来纳米材料对玻璃纤维表面改性的研究发展状况,简要说明了纳米材料对其复合材料的性能影响;同时指出了其存在的问题并对前景进行展望。
Glass fiber has a series of excellent properties such as good heat resistance,good corrosion resistance,and good insulation.It is a better choice as a reinforcing material,but it has disadvantages such as compatibility with the resin matrix and poor wettability.In order to give full play to the bearing effect,it is necessary to improve the compatibility and wettability of the glass fiber with the resin matrix.Therefore,it is necessary to modify the surface of the glass fiber.This paper mainly introduces the research and development of nanomaterials on the surface modification of glass fiber in recent years,briefly explains the influence of nanomaterials on the properties of composite materials;at the same time,points out its existing problems and prospects for the future.
