摘要
通过对三种不同形状、不同掺量的聚丙烯纤维进行抗压强度试验、劈裂抗拉强度试验、抗折强度试验,分析纤维增强混凝土的抗压强度、拉压比、折压比。试验结果发现:对于混凝土力学性能作用效果最好的是当掺量为0.60%~0.90%的压花型聚丙烯纤维,聚丙烯纤维的形状和掺量均会对混凝土的抗压强度产生影响,单丝型聚丙烯纤维的提升效果最差,当选择掺量为0.90%的压花型聚丙烯纤维对混凝土抗压强度作用效果最好。混凝土拉压比主要受聚丙烯纤维掺量的影响,而影响混凝土折压比的主要因素为聚丙烯纤维的形状。
In this paper,the effects of three different shapes and different dosage of polypropylene fiber on the mechanical properties of concrete were studied.Through compressive strength test,splitting tensile strength test and bending strength test of polypropylene fiber concrete,the compressive strength,tensile compression ratio and bending compression ratio of fiber reinforced concrete were analyzed.The test results show that the best effect on the mechanical properties of concrete is when the content of 0.60%~0.90%polypropylene fiber;the shape and dosage of polypropylene fiber have influence on the compressive strength of concrete.The monofilament polypropylene fiber has the worst effect,and the embossed polypropylene fiber with the dosage of 0.90%has the best effect on the compressive strength.The tensile compression ratio of concrete is mainly affected by the amount of polypropylene fiber,and the shape of polypropylene fiber is the main factor affecting the concrete folding compression ratio.
