摘要
围绕钢铁企业设备管理工作,阐述了设备管理的难题,探讨了实现管理技术突破的措施,详述了数字孪生技术用于预测性维护的技术手段,分析了实施设备智能运维系统后取得的效果,为同行业提供参考。
This paper expounds the difficulties in equipment management in steel enterprises,explores measures to achieve technological breakthroughs in management,elaborates on the technical means of using digital twin technology for predictive maintenance,and analyzes the results achieved after implementing an intelligent operation and maintenance system of equipment,providing reference for the same industry.
