摘要
铁路信号图纸是信号工程施工、日常维护和应急处置的重要依据。为此提出利用信号集中监测系统的动态逻辑电子图纸功能,将信号图纸电子化、动态化、逻辑化,并与监测数据结合,实现实时动态的信号电路数字孪生显示,同步展现电路中关键开关量、模拟量信息,监测故障定位范围,并动态模拟各类电路故障,辅助指导现场逐段测量排查,从而大幅提高现场问题处理效率,减少故障排查时间,对铁路信号设备日常维护、应急处置和技能培训具有重要意义。
Railway signaling drawings are crucial references for signaling engineering construction,daily maintenance,and emergency handling.this paper proposed leveraging the dynamic logic electronic drawing function of centralized signaling monitoring systems to digitize,dynamicize,and logicize signaling drawings.By integrating them with monitoring data,real-time dynamic display of signal circuit digital twins is achieved.This synchronous presentation includes critical switch states,analog information,monitoring fault localization scopes,and dynamic simulation of various circuit faults.These features assist in guiding on-site segment-by-segment fault detection,significantly enhancing efficiency in problem resolution and reducing fault diagnosis time.Such an approach holds significant importance for daily maintenance,emergency handling,and skills training in railway signal equipment.
