摘要
目的 探讨思维导图结合PBL与CBL在临床实习教学中的应用价值,探索有效教学方法,提高临床教育质量。方法 选取2022年8月1日-2023年5月1日在某院实习的80名临床医学专业本科生,分2组,每组40人:对照组采用传统LBL教学法,研究组采用思维导图结合PBL、CBL教学法。以2组出科理论考核成绩、临床思维能力考核成绩和调查问卷评分进行教学效果评价。结果 研究组临床思维能力考核成绩为(80.95±3.37)分、对照组为(79.48±2.96)分,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。调查问卷中研究组在激发自主学习兴趣、加深知识点的理解和记忆、提高临床思维能力和对临床教学形式的满意度均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论 思维导图结合PBL、CBL教学法能够优化实习课程配置,提高临床教学效果,在临床实习教学中具有良好的应用价值。
Objectives To explore the application value for the methods of mind mapping combined with PBL and CBL in clinical teaching of otorhinolaryngology,and explore effective teaching methods to improve the quality of clinical education.Methods From August 1st,2022 to May 1st,2023,eighty medical undergraduates who practiced in a certain hospital were selected as subjects.Forty students were trained by LBL method as control,and forty students were trained by mind mapping combined with PBL and CBL method as experimental group.The training outcomes were evaluated by theoretical exams,clinical thinking exams and questionnaire survey.Results The scores of clinical thinking ability in the experim ental group.and the control group were(80.95±3.37)scores and(79.48±2.96)scores,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the questionnaire,the experim ental group.was higher than the control group in stimulating interest in independent learning,deepening understanding and memory of knowledge points,improving clinical thinking ability and satisfaction with clinical teaching form,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions Mind mapping combined with PBL and CBL method was an effective method in clinical teaching,which could optimize the setting of clinical courses and improve the effectiveness of clinical internship teaching.
