摘要
针对特高压棒形支柱瓷绝缘子坯料泥浆在流转过程中出现分层沉淀现象,影响坯料颗粒和成分的均匀性,导致了坯件在干燥过程中开裂、掉伞等质量异常问题,开展了系统分析与研究,尝试从泥浆含水率、铝矾土颗粒、外加添加剂等方面分析泥浆沉降原因,最终通过选用颗粒均匀性更好的矾土A、泥浆水分控制在(57±1.5)%以及添加少量氯化铵调控泥浆的Zeta电位(从-98 mV提升到-140 mV),显著改善了泥浆的悬浮性和均匀性,解决了泥浆流转过程中出现的分层沉淀现象,提高了产品质量,2023年全年烧成瓷检合格率达到95.65%,全过程合格率达到82.53%。
In view of the stratification and precipitation phenomenon of UHV rod post porcelain insulator blank mud in the circulation process,which affects the uniformity of billet particles and components,and leads to the quality anomalies such as cracking and umbrella drop of the blank during the drying process,systematic analysis and research are carried out,and the reasons for mud settlement are analyzed from the aspects of mud moisture content,bauxite particles,and additives,and finally bauxite A with better particle uniformity and mud moisture are controlled at(57±1.5)%and the addition of a small amount of ammonium chloride to regulate the zeta potential of the slurry(from-98 mV to-140 mV),significantly improved the suspension and uniformity of the slurry,solved the stratified precipitation phenomenon in the process of slurry circulation,and improved the product quality,the pass rate of fired porcelain inspection in 2023 will reach 95.65%,and the pass rate of the whole process will reach 82.53%.
