摘要
高校“一站式”学生社区综合管理模式建设是中国特色社会主义大学治理体系下学生管理模式改革的重要抓手和实现途径。“一站式”学生社区建设作为推进“铸魂育人”的重要载体,高校要在筑牢一站式社区建设的引领力、激活一站式社区建设的内生力、夯实一站式社区建设的支撑力等方面落细落实,着力构建富有特色的一站式社区育人生态。
The construction of“one-stop”student community comprehensive management mode in colleges and universities is an important starting point and realization way for the reform of student management mode under the governance system of Socialism with Chinese characteristics University.“One-stop”student community construction is an important carrier to promote“casting souls to educate people”.Colleges and universities should implement it in detail in building the leading force of one-stop community construction,activating the endogenous force of one-stop community construction,and consolidating the supporting force of one-stop community construction,and strive to build a distinctive one-stop community education ecology.
