摘要
防汛物资的储备和管理是防汛业务的重要一环。基层单位要切实做好防汛物资的储备和管理工作,把工作做实做细,有效保证黄河防洪安全度汛,护航黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展。以章丘黄河防汛物资储备和管理为例,分析存在的主要问题,对基层治黄单位如何做好防汛物资的储备和管理工作谈几点想法。
The reserve and management of flood control materials is very important.Grass-roots unit must do it effectively,making the work practical and detailed,to ensure the safety of flood control and contribute to the ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River basin.Taking Yellow River flood control materials reserve and management in Zhangqiu as an example,this paper analyzes the main problems and discusses some ideas on how to reserve and manage flood control materials in grass-roots units.
