悬索桥缆上柔性轨道带载走行架梁设备研究

Research on the Loaded Traveling Erecting Equipment of Flexible Track on Cable of Suspension Bridge

摘要 随着我国悬索桥的建设向大跨径、重节段和复杂建设环境方向发展,传统架梁设备已逐渐成为发展的重要制约因素。提出了一套悬索桥缆上柔性轨道带载走行架梁设备方案,该设备具有运架一体、依托主缆受力的特点,具有很高的研究价值。介绍了该设备的总体设计思路,分析了架梁期间主缆线形变化对设备运行的影响,研究了行走承重索的受力特性,分析了设备行走时主要结构参数的变化规律,揭示了缆上柔性轨道体系的工作原理,最后对架梁工艺及其在实际工程中的应用价值进行了简要分析。研究结果表明,悬索桥缆上柔性轨道带载走行架梁设备具有很好的技术可行性与应用前景。 With the development of suspension bridge construction in China to the direction of large span,heavy segment and complex construction background,traditional girder erection equipment will gradually become an important constraint.In this paper,a type of loaded traveling erecting equipment of flexible track on cable is proposed.The equipment has the characteristics of integrated transportation and erection and relying on the main cable,and has high research value.In the paper,the general design idea of the equipment is introduced,the influence of the main cable shape change on the operation of the equipment during the girder erection is analyzed,the stress characteristics of the traveling load-bearing cable are studied,the variation law of the main structural parameters when the equipment is walking is explored,and the working principle of the flexible track system on the cable is revealed.Finally,the girder erection process and its application value in project practice are briefly analyzed,which shows that the loaded traveling erecting equipment of flexible track on cable has good technical feasibility and application prospect.
