门冬胰岛素联合地特胰岛素治疗妊娠合并糖尿病的临床效果

Effect on Insulin Aspartate Combined with Insulin Detemir in the Treatment of Pregnancy with Diabetes Mellitus

摘要目的探讨门冬胰岛素与地特胰岛素联合治疗妊娠合并糖尿病的临床效果。方法选取2021年9月-2023年9月山东省滕州市妇幼保健院收治的68例妊娠合并糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为两组,每组34例,对照组给予门冬胰岛素注射液治疗,观察组采取门冬胰岛素联合地特胰岛素治疗,比较两组血糖水平、胰岛功能指标。结果用药后,两组患者血糖水平下降,且观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组患者经用药后,胰岛素抵抗指数水平下降,胰岛素分泌指数增高,且观察组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论门冬胰岛素、地特胰岛素用于治疗妊娠合并糖尿病的效果显著,能更好地控制血糖水平,显著改善患者的胰岛功能。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of insulin aspartate combined with insulin detemir in the treat-ment of pregnancy with diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of sixty-eight pregnancy with diabetes mellitus patients ad-mitted to Tengzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Shandong Province from September 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with thirty-four cases in each group.The control group was given insulin aspartate injection for treatment,and the observa-tion group was given insulin aspartate combined with insulin detemir for treatment.Blood glucose level and islet func-tion indexes were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the blood glucose level of the two groups decreased,and the fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c of the ob-servation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the level of homeostasis model assessment-IR decreased and homeostasis model as-sessment-βincreased in both groups,and the observation group was better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of insulin aspartate and insulin detemir in the treat-ment of pregnancy with diabetes mellitus is significant,which can better control blood glucose levels and significantly improve the islet function of patients.
