摘要
目的:探讨以微信平台为基础的延续性护理在输尿管结石术后留置双J管老年患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年10月于重庆市渝北区人民医院行输尿管结石手术且术后留置双J管的老年患者128例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各64例。对照组实施电话随访护理,试验组在对照组基础上实施以微信平台为基础的延续性护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组个人状态、护理知识、应对能力、情感支持评分高于护理前,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.033)。护理后,两组生活质量评分高于护理前,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以微信平台为基础的延续性护理在输尿管结石术后留置双J管老年患者护理中的应用效果显著,可提高患者护理知识与应对能力知晓度、生活质量、满意度,降低并发症发生率。
Objective:To explore the application effect of continuous care based on WeChat platform in the nursing of elderly patients with indwelling double J tubes after ureteral calculus surgery.Methods:A total of 128 elderly patients who underwent ureteral calculus surgery and indwelling double J tubes at Yubei District People's Hospital in Chongqing from January 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 64 cases in each group.The control group underwent telephone follow-up care,while the experimental group underwent continuous care based on WeChat platform on the basis of control group.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of personal status,nursing knowledge,coping ability,and emotional support in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,the scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.033).After nursing,the quality of life scores in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,the scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of continuous care based on WeChat platform in the nursing of elderly patients with indwelling double J tubes after ureteral calculus surgery is significant,which can improve the patient's awareness of nursing knowledge and coping ability,quality of life and satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of complications.
