摘要
新闻加速研究亟需“实践”转向,即将媒体从业者纳入视野,关注组织与个体间的双向互动。本文借用时间社会学视角,对X新闻客户端编辑室内的时间实践进行田野观察。研究发现:X客户端通过“组织制度设置”“关系氛围营造”形构了组织加速时间结构;这一时间结构规训着媒体从业者工作节奏,呈现出“持续时间”“交叠时间”特征;同时,从业者可以能动地适应并与组织时间结构进行博弈。本文通过实证研究展现了实践转向的学术意义,彰显了从业者时间实践的能动性以及新闻时间的研究价值。
There is an urgent need for a"practice"turn in news acceleration research,which brings journalists into the research vision and focuses on the interaction between organizations and journalists.This paper adopts the sociology of time theory to observe the phenomenon of time practices in the X News Application Newsroom.The study finds that:the newsroom uses"organizational settings"and"relationships"to shape the accelerated time structure of the organization;this time structure regulates the work rhythm of journalists,showing the characteristics of"duration"and"overlapping time".At the same time,journalists can adapt and confront the time structure dynamically.The empirical study demonstrates the significance of the"practice"turn,it highlights the dynamics of journalists'time practices and the research value of journalistic time.
