摘要
网格化管理模式促使安全管理工作可以针对性地落实到每一个具体的网格和个人,实现了全面覆盖无遗漏的管理目标,借助这一管理模式,企业不仅实现了安全管理责任的明确化和具体化,还确保了安全措施的有效执行,从而有效提高了企业的安全管理水平。本文从网格化管理模式实施的可行性入手,分析其在冶金安全管理中的作用,结合“一图四卡”阐述网格化管理模式在冶金安全管理中的具体应用,并提出了应用建议,旨在提升冶金安全管理效果,确保生产过程的安全可控。
Grid management mode for safety management can be targeted to each specific grid and individual,realize the comprehensive coverage,no missing management objectives,with the help of this management mode,enterprises not only realize the safety management responsibility clear and specific,also ensure the effective implementation of safety measures,so as to effectively improve the safety management level of the enterprise.This paper starts with the feasibility of the implementation of grid management mode,analyzes its role in metallurgical safety management,expounds the specific application of grid management mode in metallurgical safety management combined with"one picture and four cards",and puts forward application suggestions,aiming to improve the effect of metallurgical safety management and ensure the safety and control of the production process.
