摘要
本文采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法和电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法同时对海菜花的水提液和脂提液进行元素含量检测,将测定元素进行污染元素、微量元素和其他元素的分类比较。结果表明,海菜花水提液中的元素含量比脂提液中更高,且检测出的元素种类更多,同时海菜花于高温条件下处理后,在水性条件中比在油性条件中的微量元素含量更高。
In this paper,inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry and inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry were used to detect the content of elements in water extract and lipid extract of Ottelia acuminata,and the elements were classified and compared.The results show that the element content in water extract Ottelia acuminata was higher than lipid extract,and more elements were detected.At the same time,the content of trace elements in the water condition was higher than that in the oil condition after treatment at high temperature.
