摘要
扎实开展劳动教育是落实“五育并举”教育方针的重要举措。高职院校作为培养技术技能型人才的主阵地,劳动教育是其人才培养的鲜明底色。针对部分高职院校劳动教育中出现的内容简单化、实践单一化、实施形式化等问题和一些青年学生中存在的不会劳动、不愿劳动、不珍惜劳动成果的现象,提出了革新劳动认知、完善课程体系、强化支撑保障、加强劳动教育评价、营造劳动文化氛围等措施,以提升学生的劳动素养,传承劳动精神,构建劳动教育新格局,引领社会新风尚。
Higher vocational colleges are mainly responsible for technical talents training,and labor education is the foundation.However,there are still many problems existing in the labor education of higher vocation colleges,such as the simple education content,inade-quate practice form,students’lack of labor awareness and ability,etc.The essay proposed countermeasures for improving students’labor literacy and professional competence by optimizing the curriculum system,strengthening the guarantee mechanism,enhancing labor evaluation,and creating labor cultural atmosphere.
