摘要
玻璃中硼现有测试方法采用酸溶、碱熔融或微波消解分解样品,但标准曲线法测试玻璃、玻璃纤维中氧化硼,会存在基体的不匹配,影响准确度的问题。讨论了碱熔融分解样品,并在测试溶液和标准曲线中添加钇内标物,通过内标物消除基体影响。不同质量分数水平的硼均能获得准确的测试结果,精密度优,与基体匹配法相比步骤简单、易操作。
The existing methods for testing boron oxide in glass consist of acid melting,alkali melting or microwave digestion to decompose samples and the standard curve method to test boron oxide in glass and glass fiber.In such methods,there may be matrix mismatch whicht can affect the accuracy.The alkali melting decomposition of samples and the addition of yttrium internal standard substance to the test solution and the standard curve to eliminate the influence on the matrix are discussed.This method can obtain accurate results in the tests for different contents of boron oxide,with high precision and advantage of simple steps and easy operation as compared with the matrix matching method.
