摘要
针对烧结过程添加高炉布袋灰引起烧结矿过程和有害元素含量增加的问题,本文进行了高炉布袋灰预制粒和烧结参数变化对烧结过程和Zn、K及Na元素脱除率的影响规律的研究。结果表明,对高炉布袋灰进行预制粒获得的小球,能够满足烧结配料的基本要求。随着布袋灰小球配加量增加,烧结温度升高,烧结时间延长,垂直烧结速率下降,烧结矿转鼓指数和成品率先增加而后下降,Zn、K及Na元素脱除率先增加后逐渐降低。布袋灰小球与炉箅子距离的增加,对烧结矿的各项指标影响不大,但Zn元素的脱除率降低明显。布袋灰小球配碳量、碱度和烧结负压的变化对Zn、K及Na元素脱除率影响较小。布袋灰小球用于烧结的适宜工艺参数:碱度为1.93,尺寸为3.8 mm,小球配比为4%,在料层中位置距炉箅子100 mm,烧结负压为10 kPa。
In order to solve the problem of the increase of sintering process and the content of harmful elements caused by the addition of blast furnace bag ash in the sintering process,the influence of pregranulation of blast furnace bag ash and the change of sintering parameters on the sintering process and the removal rate of Zn,K and Na elements is studied.The results show that the pellets obtained by prepelletizing blast furnace bag ash can meet the basic requirements of sintering accessary.With the increase of the quantity of bag ash pellets,the sintering temperature increases,the sintering time prolongs,the vertical sintering rate decreases,the drum index and the yield of sinter increase first and then decrease,and the removal rate of Zn,K and Na elements first increases and then decreases.The increase of the distance between the bag ash pellets and the grate has little effect on the sinter indexes,but the removal rate of Zn element decreases significantly.The changes of carbon mixture,alkalinity and sintering negative pressure of bag ash pellets have little effect on the removal rate of Zn,K and Na.The suitable process parameters for sintering of bag ash pellets are as follows:the alkalinity of bag ash pellets is 1.93,the size is 3.8 mm,the proportion of small pellets is 4%,the position in the material layer is 100 mm away from the grate,and the negative pressure of sintering is 10 kPa.
