黑水虻对蔬菜废弃物生物转化特性的研究 被引量:1

摘要 黑水虻因其食量大,食谱广等优点,近些年被越来越多地应用于有机废弃物的处理。蔬菜废弃物营养含量丰富,如果放任其腐烂,对环境造成污染同时也是对资源的浪费。文章利用黑水虻处理不同种类的蔬菜废弃物,以牛粪作为对照,研究不同种类蔬菜对黑水虻生长发育的影响,并综合多种理化指标对虫沙的腐熟度进行评价。结果表明:黑水虻生物转化各种蔬菜废弃物的效率均明显高于牛粪,减量率均超过50%,其中对茄果类的转化效果最好,物料的湿重减量率达到了92.95%,黑水虻幼虫的平均体长、体宽、体重可达1.94 cm、0.58 cm、0.20 g,分别是牛粪组的1.39、1.41、1.94倍。处理不同蔬菜所产生的虫沙的理化性质差别很大,但均没有达到腐熟堆肥的标准。综上,黑水虻对蔬菜废弃物具有很好的生物转化效果,但是产生的虫沙不可以作为有机肥来直接施用。 Due to the advantages of large food volume and wide recipes,black soldier flies have been increasingly used in the treatment of organic waste in recent years.Vegetable waste is rich in nutritional.If left to rot,it will pollute the environment and waste resources.In this study,black soldier flies were used to treat different kinds of vegetable waste,and cow dung was used to study the effects of different kinds of vegetables on the growth and development of black soldier flies.Meanwhile,a variety of physical and chemical indicators were used to evaluate the maturity of insect sand.The results showed that the efficiency of the biological transformation of all kinds of vegetable waste was significantly higher than that of cow dung,and the reduction rate exceeded 50%.Among them,the conversion effect of melon and fruits is the best.The wet weight loss rate of the material reached 92.95%.The average body length,body width,and weight larvae can reach 1.94 cm,0.58 cm,and 0.20 g,which are 1.39,1.41 and 1.94 times of the cow dung group.The physical and chemical properties of worm sand produced by various vegetables are different significantly,but none of them have reached the standard of rotten and compost.In summary,the black soldier fly have a good biotransformation effect on vegetable waste,but the worm sand cannot be used as an organic fertilizer.
