摘要
据有关部门的不完全统计,2023年1—8月,中国汽车行业产生的涂装废水约为301.2万m^(3),到2030年,汽车涂装废水产量将达到720万m^(3)。由于汽车涂装废水中含有有毒有害物质,若得不到妥善处理将会对生态环境、地下水、土壤等造成污染。汽车涂装废水因其多变的水质水量特征,处理工艺一直以来都是各研究学者及汽车制造厂家研究的重点对象。文章主要梳理了国内外汽车涂装废水在工程领域应用的处理工艺,并阐述了其工艺特点、运行维护、节能降耗、投资造价等优缺点。针对不同的汽车涂装工艺量身打造组合工艺技术路线将是未来汽车涂装废水处理的趋势,但应平衡好降本增效、节能降耗,环境与经济的关系。
According to the incomplete statistics of relevant departments,from January to August 2023,the painting wastewater generated by China’s automobile industry is about 301.2×10^(4) m^(3),and by 2030,the output of automobile painting wastewater will reach 720×10^(4) m^(3).Because the automobile coating wastewater contains toxic and harmful substances,if it is not properly treated,it will pollute the ecological environment,groundwater,soil and so on.Because of its variable water quality and quantity characteristics,the treatment process of automobile coating wastewater has always been the focus of research scholars and automobile manufacturers.This paper mainly reviews the treatment technology of automobile coating wastewater applied in engineering f ield at home and abroad,and expounds the advantages and disadvantages of its process characteristics,operation and maintenance,energy saving and consumption reduction,investment cost,etc.The future trend of automobile coating wastewater treatment will be to create a combination process technology route tailored to different automobile coating processes,but the relationship between cost reduction and eff iciency,energy saving and consumption reduction,environment and economy should be balanced.
