摘要
新一代人工智能技术正在潜移默化地改变着教育事业的组织结构、生存方式及其发展形态。高等职业教育数字化转型本质上是教育理念的变革、教育文化的转型、教育范式的变迁,是数字技术赋能高等职业教育在组织、结构、功能、形态、体系等全方面的革新过程。数字技术有利于实现高等职业教育教学形式、教学内容、评价体系的智能性升级与结构化更新,应通过更新数字教学理念,提升高等职业教育数字化转型的主体素养与技术能力;加强智慧终端建设,扩大高等职业教育数字化转型的应用场景和覆盖范围;完善制度保障机制,强化高等职业教育数字化转型的组织结构与保障体系等手段;全面赋能并深入推动高等职业教育数字化转型的发展与变革,为助力我国高等职业教育的高水平变革、内涵式深化与高质量发展奠定基础。
The new generation of artificial intelligence technology is subtly changing the organizational structure,survival mode,and development form of the education industry.The digital transformation of higher vocational education is essentially a transformation of educational concepts,educational culture,and educational paradigms.It is a process of digital technology empowering higher vocational education in all aspects such as organization,structure,function,form,and system.Digital technology is conducive to the intelligent upgrading and structured updating of teaching forms,content,and evaluation systems in higher vocational education.It is necessary to update digital teaching concepts and enhance the main literacy and technical capabilities of digital transformation in higher vocational education,strengthen the construction of smart terminals and expand the application scenarios and coverage of digital transformation in higher vocational education,improve the institutional guarantee mechanism,strengthen the organizational structure and guarantee system of digital transformation in higher vocational education,thus comprehensively empower and deeply promote the development and transformation of digital transformation in higher vocational education,and lay the foundation for supporting the highlevel transformation,connotation deepening,and highquality development of higher vocational education in China.
