摘要
高速公路建设是一项系统工程,建设周期长,使用机械设备多,建设质量要求高且建设环节较为复杂。文章以北方某高速公路项目为研究案例,从建设单位角度出发,对传统工程管理模式进行优化,提出一系列工程施工管理创新措施与信息化管理手段,以期科学把控工程建设进度,提升公路工程建设质量。
Expressway construction is a systematic project,with long construction period,a large number of mechanical equipment,high requirement for construction quality and complex construction links.Taking an expressway project in northern China as the research case,the traditional project management mode is optimized from the perspective of the construction unit,and a series of innovative measures and information management methods for the project construction management are put forward,so as to scientifically control the project construction progress and improve the highway project construction quality.
