煤炭洗选加工过程中的粒度控制问题研究 被引量:3

摘要 作为我国社会经济稳步发展与充分保障人们生活的核心能源,煤炭的应用为人们带来了便捷。随着近些年煤矿开采和生产规模不断增加,煤炭在燃烧使用过程中产生了大量有害物质,所以对于煤炭的清洁工作正逐步受到普遍关注。为了显著提高煤炭的燃烧效率,当前通常对煤炭采用洗选加工的方式,使燃烧效果更加充分。对此,文章在简要概述煤炭洗选加工的重要程度及带来主要作用的基础上,充分参照当下面临的现状,提出改善整个过程中对于粒度控制的方法,从而显著提高煤炭洗选加工过程对粒度控制的技术。 As a core energy source for the steady development of China's social economy and the full protection of people's lives,the application of coal has brought convenience to people.With the continuous increase in coal mining and production scale in recent years,a large amount of harmful substances are produced during the combustion and use of coal,so the cleaning work of coal is gradually receiving widespread attention.In order to significantly improve the combustion efficiency of coal,people usually use washing and processing methods to make the combustion effect more comprehensive.Based on a brief overview of the importance and main effects of coal washing and processing,this article fully refers to the current situation and proposes methods to improve particle size control throughout the entire process,thereby significantly enhancing the technology of particle size control in coal washing and processing.
