摘要
目的 探讨阿替普酶溶栓联合丁苯酞治疗急性脑梗死的效果。方法 选取莒县人民医院2021年1月-2023年12月收治的180例急性脑梗死患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各90例。对照组给予阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗,观察组给予阿替普酶静脉溶栓联合丁苯酞治疗。比较两组疗效及治疗前后神经功能损伤情况、生化因子水平、日常生活能力和生活质量。结果 观察组治疗总有效率91.11%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后7 d和14 d观察组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组生化因子水平及日常生活能力、生活质量评分均较治疗前得到改善,且观察组各项指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 急性脑梗死患者采用阿替普酶溶栓联合丁苯酞治疗具有较好的效果,能够进一步改善机体生化因子水平,提高患者的自理能力和生活质量,值得推广使用。
Objective To explore the effect of alteplase thrombolysis combined with butylphthalide in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 180 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Juxian People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 90 cases in each group.The control group received intravenous thrombolysis with alteplase,while the observation group received intravenous thrombolysis with alteplase combined with butylphthalide.Compare the therapeutic effects,neurological damage before and after treatment,biochemical factor levels,daily living ability,and quality of life between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.11%,which was significantly higher than the control group's 80.00%(P<0.05).The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group at 7 and 14 days after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the biochemical factor levels,daily living ability,and quality of life scores in both groups improved significantly compared to before treatment,and all indicators in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of alteplase thrombolysis combined with butylphthalide in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction patients has a good effect,which can further improve the level of biochemical factors,enhance the patient's self-care ability and quality of life,and is worthy of promotion and use.
