摘要
基于国家教育改革和课程标准对中学实验教学的要求,挖掘本地资源,将肠浒苔用于“探究环境因素对光合作用强度的影响”实验,探究光照强度、光的颜色、温度三种环境因素对肠浒苔光合作用强度的影响,实验结果很好地揭示了环境因素与光合强度效应关系,以期为中学生物学实验教学提供参考。
Based on the requirements of national education reform and curriculum standards for high school experimental teaching,we tapped local resources and used Enteromorpha intestinalis in the experiment of investigating the effects of environmental factors on the intensity of photosynthesis.The effects of light intensity,light color,and temperature on the photosynthetic intensity in E.intestinalis were investigated.The experimental results effectively revealed the relationship between environmental factors and photosynthetic intensity.This article aims to provide a reference for biology experimental teaching in high schools.
