摘要
学科服务是高校图书馆重点服务内容之一。研究用户信息需求的时间、空间变化特征,对提升学科服务效果意义重大。文章以高校教师、科研人员和学生为研究对象,利用调查法、场景化方法研究了不同类型的用户在时间和空间维度下的信息需求特征,构建了智慧学科服务模型,探讨了时空维度下智慧学科服务的应用场景。实践表明,利用用户信息需求的时空特征能够提高学科服务的满意度。
Subject service is one of the key service contents of university libraries.It is of great significance to study the temporal and spatial change characteristics of the information needs of users and provide professional and personalized information services in time to improve the quality of subject services.The article takes university teachers,researchers,and students as research objects,and uses survey and scenario based methods to study the information demand characteristics of different types of users in the time and space dimensions.It constructs a smart subject service model and explores the application scenarios of smart subject services in the spatiotemporal dimension.Practice has shown that utilizing the spatiotemporal characteristics of user information needs can improve the satisfaction of subject services.
