基于学科竞赛群模式的民办高校应用创新型人才培养研究 被引量:1

摘要 培养大学生创新创造能力已逐渐成为当代教育的目标之一。学生创新创造能力的培养是一个循序渐进的长期培养过程。民办高校基于应用型办学定位,注重学生工程应用能力的培养,可通过参加学科竞赛的方式充分锻炼学生的应用创新能力,真正为社会培养工程应用型人才。该文根据目前民办院校参加学科竞赛存在的一些问题,以四川工业科技学院参加的学科竞赛情况为例进行分析,提出构建基于学科竞赛群模式的培养模式,能够更好地整合实验实训室、教师、学生、课程等多方面资源,形成从学校到学院再到实验室的更为成熟合理的运行管理体系、日常培养体系,从而有效提高学科竞赛成绩,为培养优秀的应用创新型人才提供有力支撑。 With the continuous growth of the number of college students in China,the enrollment of private universities has been increasing year by year.How to improve the quality of college student training,promote better employment for college students,and better serve the development of local society and economy has become a key and difficult issue in university education.Cultivating college students’innovative and creative abilities has gradually become one of the goals of contemporary education,The cultivation of innovative and creative abilities requires gradual and long-term cultivation in practical teaching.Private universities,based on the positioning of application-oriented education and emphasizing the cultivation of engineering application abilities,can fully exercise students’innovative application abilities by participating in subject competitions,and truly cultivate engineering application talents for society.Based on the current problems of private colleges participating in subject competitions,taking the subject competitions they participate in as an example,this paper proposes to construct a training model based on the subject competition group model,which can better integrate resources from various aspects such as experimental and training rooms,teachers,students,and courses,and form a more mature and reasonable operation management system and daily training system from schools to colleges and laboratories,This effectively promotes the improvement of academic competition results,provides strong support for cultivating excellent applied innovative talents,and also provides some reference learning templates for the training models of other disciplines.
