摘要
目的 探究重症监护病房(ICU)患者家属疾病不确定感与领悟社会支持、心理弹性的相关性。方法 选取508名2020年1月—2022年1月在成都市第三人民医院ICU住院患者的家属进行调查,采用问卷调查法调查患者一般资料、家属疾病不确定感(MUIS-FM)评分、心理弹性(RS-14)评分和领悟社会支持(PSSS)评分;采用线性回归分析自变量RS-14和PSSS评分对MUIS-FM评分的影响;采用Pearson相关性分析MUIS-FM各维度评分与RS-14和PSSS评分的相关性。结果 ICU患者家属疾病不确定感总分为(70.58±10.53)分;线性回归分析结果显示,RS-14评分(β=-1.493)和PSSS评分(β=-0.153)对ICU患者家属的疾病不确定感具有负向预测作用(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析结果显示,MUIS-FM各维度评分与RS-14和PSSS评分均分别呈现负相关(P<0.05)。心理弹性在ICU患者家属领悟社会支持和疾病不确定感中的中介效应值为0.29,占总效应比例为39.19%。结论ICU患者家属疾病不确定感处于较高水平,领悟社会支持和心理弹性处于中等水平,且患者家属疾病不确定感与领悟社会支持和心理弹性具有显著相关性。
Objective To explore the correlation between disease uncertainty and perceived social support,psychological resilience in family members of intensive care unit(ICU)patients.Methods A total of 508 patients admitted to ICU of Chengdu Third People's Hospital and their family members were investigated between January 2020 and January 2022.The general data,scores of Mishel uncertainty in illness scale-family member form(MUIS-FM),resilience scale-14(RS-14)and perceived social support scale(PSSS)were investigated by questionnaire method.The effects of RS-14 and PSSS scores on MUIS-FM score were analyzed by linear regression analysis,and the correlation between MUIS-FM scores and RS-14,PSSS scores was analyzed by pearson correlation analysis.Results The total score of disease uncertainty in family members of ICU patients was(70.58±10.53)point.The results of linear regression analysis showed that RS-14 score(β=-1.493)and PSSS score(β=-0.153)had negatively predictive effect on disease uncertainty(P<0.05).The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that MUIS-FM scores were negatively correlated with RS-14 and PSSS scores(P<0.05).The mediating effect values of psychological resilience between perceived social support and disease uncertainty was 0.29,accounting for 39.19%of the total effect.Conclusion The disease uncertainty level is high,perceived social support and psychological resilience are at middle levels in family members of ICU patients.The disease uncertainty is significantly correlated with perceived social support and psychological resilience.
