摘要
在纺织纱线收卷过程中,通常会采用往复横动装置导引纱线,从而保证纱线往复交叉缠绕在收卷滚筒上,国内外对于往复横动导纱装置已进行较多研究。该文以络筒机往复横动导纱装置的专利文献作为研究对象,分析该领域的核心专利,并针对涉及的几种典型往复横动导纱装置传动结构技术演进脉络进行梳理,分析该领域的典型技术方案,为未来研发工作提供参考。
In the winding process of textile yarn,the reciprocating traverse device is usually used to guide the yarn,so as to ensure that the yarn is cross-wound on the winding drum.The reciprocating traverse yarn guide device has been studied extensively at home and abroad.This paper takes the patent literature of the reciprocating yarn guide device of winder as the research object,analyzes the core patents in this field,the technical evolution of the transmission structure of several typical reciprocating yarn guide devices is also reviewed,and examines the typical technical solutions in this field,providing references for future research and development work.
