经颅磁刺激分别联合左乙拉西坦片和卡马西平片治疗癫痫的效果及对血清Nesfatin-1、S100B、BDNF水平的影响

摘要 目的探讨经颅磁刺激分别联合左乙拉西坦片和卡马西平片治疗癫痫的效果及对血清摄食抑制因子-1(Nesfatin-1)、S100钙结合蛋白B(S100B)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平的影响。方法根据随机数字表法将2018年2月至2022年2月接受治疗的80例癫痫患者分为研究组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。两组均进行经颅磁刺激治疗,在此基础上,研究组给予左乙拉西坦片治疗,对照组给予卡马西平片治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的认知功能评分均升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的Nesfatin-1、S100B水平降低,BDNF水平升高,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的癫痫患者生活质量量表(QOLIE-31)各维度评分均升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论经颅磁刺激联合左乙拉西坦片治疗癫痫的效果显著,可提高认知功能,促进血清Nesfatin-1、S100B水平降低和BDNF水平升高,安全性高。 Objective To investigate the effects of transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with levetiracetam tablets and carbamazepine tablets respectively in the treatment of epilepsy and its influences on serum Nesfatin-1,S100 calcium binding protein B(S100B)and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)levels.Methods A total of 80 patients with epilepsy who were treated from February 2018 to February 2022 were divided into study group(n=40)and control group(n=40)according to the random number table method.Both groups were treated with transcranial magnetic stimulation.On this basis,the study group was treated with levetiracetam tablets,and the control group was treated with carbamazepine tablets.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the cognitive function score of the two groups increased,and that of the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of Nesfatin-1 and S100B in the two groups decreased,the level of BDNF increased,and those in the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of each dimension of Quality of Life in Epilepsy-31(QOLIE-31)in the two groups increased,and those in the study group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with levetiracetam tablets in the treatment of epilepsy has significant effect,which can improve the cognitive function,promote the decrease of serum Nesfatin-1 and S100B levels and the increase of BDNF level,and has high safety.
