摘要
在国家引导部分地方普通本科高校向应用型转变背景下,邢台学院作为河北省第二批普通本科高校向应用技术类型高校转型发展的试点学校,在应用转型方面从专业、课程等方面开展了一系列工作。在材料物理课程应用转型的教学改革研究中,从具体的材料物理实训课程出发,分析了实现实训课程的基础条件和实施模式,把扎实的专业理论知识作为应用型人才培养的基石,学生掌握全面的专业实验技能作为应用型人才培养的关键,把综合性的专业技能实训作为应用型人才培养的核心,采用了基于学校实验室和实训室的实训模式、基于产教融合的企业实训模式和基于虚拟仿真技术的仿真实训模式,并把基于视频教学系统的实训模式作为必要补充,以培养适合企业发展需求的、合格的应用型人才。
Under the background of state guidance of some local ordinary universities to transform into application-oriented universities,Xingtai University,as the second batch of pilot universities in Hebei Province,has carried out a series of work in terms of specialty construction and curriculum construction.Teaching reform of material physics courses is started from specific material physics training.The basic conditions and implementation modes for implementing training courses are analyzed.Solid professional theory is regarded as the cornerstone of applied talent cultivation.The professional experimental skills is the key to applied talent cultivation,and the professional skill practical training is regarded as the core of applied talent cultivation.A training mode based on school laboratories and training center is adopted.An enterprise training mode based on the integration of enterprise and university,as well as a simulation training mode based on simulation technology are adopted.The training mode based on video teaching systems is a necessary supplement so as to cultivate suitable qualified applied talents for the needs of enterprise development.
