摘要
随着我国医疗卫生事业的持续发展,药事管理的内涵亦发生了一定的转变,因人员素质、理念、管理等层面的影响,现阶段医院的药事管理尚存在较多的缺陷,如管理制度的不足、观念意识落后、专业药学技术人员的缺乏、药品存放管理不规范、医院管理层缺乏重视,基于此本文提出重视医院药事管理工作、完善管理制度、提高工作人员专业素质、提升服务质量、加强药师与医师的联系、加强对药物不良反应的监测的改进措施,以进一步保障患者用药安全、促进意义可持续发展。
With the continuous development of China's medical and health undertakings,the connotation of pharmaceutical management has also undergone certain changes.Due to the influence of personnel quality,concept,management and other aspects,there are still many defects in the pharmaceutical management of hospitals at this stage.Such as inadequate management system,backward concept and consciousness,lack of professional pharmaceutical technicians,non-standard drug storage management,and lack of attention from hospital management,based on this,this paper proposes improvement measures to attach importance to hospital pharmaceutical management,improve management system,improve professional quality of staff,enhance service quality,strengthen the contact between pharmacists and physicians,and strengthen monitoring of adverse drug reactions.In order to further ensure the safety of drug use for patients and promote the sustainable development of significance.
