摘要
目的探讨创伤性骨折手术患者应用疼痛管理结合心理护理干预的效果,以期为临床骨科手术患者护理干预提供有力的参考依据。方法纳入我院2022年10月—2023年10月120例创伤性骨折手术患者,以随机数字表法分组,各60例,对照组和观察组分别行常规护理干预和基于对照组行疼痛管理结合心理护理干预,评估两组干预前、干预后2 d、5 d疼痛程度、干预前后心理弹性水平和睡眠质量。结果干预后2 d、5 d,观察组视觉模拟评分(VAS)较对照组低(P<0.05);干预后,观察组心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)评分在坚韧、自强、乐观方面较对照组高(P<0.05);干预后,观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)各维度评分较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论创伤性骨折手术患者应用疼痛管理结合心理护理干预的效果显著,不仅可以缓解术后疼痛感,同时还能强化心理弹性,提高睡眠质量,对巩固临床治疗、促进术后康复具有积极意义。
Objective To explore the effect of pain management combined with psychological nursing intervention in patients with traumatic fracture,so as to provide a strong reference for clinical orthopaedic surgery patients.Methods Including 120 cases of traumatic fracture surgery patients in our hospital from October 2022 to October 2023,grouped by randomized numerical table method,60 cases each,the control group and the observation group,respectively,routine nursing interventions and based on the control group of pain management combined with psychological nursing interventions.The degree of pain was assessed before,2 d and 5 d after the intervention,psychological resilience levels and sleep quality before and after the intervention in both groups.Results At 2 d and 5 d post-intervention,visual analog scores(VAS)were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05);after the intervention,scores on all dimensions of the psychological resilience scale(CD-RISC)were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05);and after the intervention,scores on all dimensions of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of pain management combined with psychological nursing intervention in patients with traumatic fracture can not only relieve postoperative pain,but also strengthen psychological flexibility and improve sleep quality,it has positive significance in consolidating clinical treatment and promoting postoperative rehabilitation,and is worth popularizing and applying vigorously.
