摘要
目的分析拔罐对气虚血瘀型慢性稳定型心绞痛患者的意义。方法60例气虚血瘀型慢性稳定型心绞痛患者,随机分为对照组与试验组,每组30例。对照组采取临床常规干预,试验组在对照组的基础上采取拔罐治疗。比较两组患者疗效、临床相关评分[西雅图心绞痛量表(SAQ)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分]及中医证候积分。结果试验组患者SAQ评分(33.50±3.21)分高于对照组的(23.80±2.53)分,HAMD评分(10.31±4.18)分、HAMA评分(12.50±4.75)分低于对照组的(14.42±5.19)、(16.50±5.11)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者总有效率83.33%高于对照组的56.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者治疗4、12、36周后中医证候积分分别为(52.60±7.52)、(25.42±3.20)、(17.49±2.09)分,低于对照组的(77.20±10.17)、(58.65±5.13)、(36.92±3.15)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论拔罐对气虚血瘀型慢性稳定型心绞痛患者的效果显著,可改善患者的临床症状,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the significance of cupping for patients with chronic stable angina pectoris of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods 60 patients with chronic stable angina pectoris of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,each with 30 cases.The control group received routine clinical intervention,and the experimental group received cupping treatment on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,clinical scores[scores of the Seattle Angina Questionnaire(SAQ),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)],traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores were compared between the two groups.Results The experimental group had higher SAQ score of(33.50±3.21)points than(23.80±2.53)points in the control group;the experimental group had HAMD score of(10.31±4.18)points and HAMA score of(12.50±4.75)points,which were lower than(14.42±5.19)and(16.50±5.11)points in the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group had higher total effective rate of 83.33%than 56.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4,12 and 36 weeks of treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the experimental group were(52.60±7.52),(25.42±3.20)and(17.49±2.09)points,which were lower than(77.20±10.17),(58.65±5.13)and(36.92±3.15)points of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of cupping has a significant effect on patients with chronic stable angina pectoris of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type,which can improve their clinical symptoms,and is worth promoting.
