摘要
蓄热式热力燃烧技术是目前精细化工行业中最主要的治理挥发性有机物(VOCs)废气的技术。在蓄热式热力焚化炉中,阻火器是一种用于防止火焰传播或扩散的关键装置。然而,阻火器很容易被废气中的颗粒物、固体物质或沉积物堵塞,从而影响炉内气体流动和燃烧效果。本文简单概述了三室蓄热式热力焚化炉的工艺原理,并对如何利用板式过滤器解决其阻火器堵塞问题的过程进行了详细的阐述。
Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer is currently the main VOCs waste gas treatment technology in the fine chemical industry.In regenerative thermal oxidizer,flame arrester are critical devices used to prevent flame propagation or diffusion.However,flame arrester are easily blocked by particles,solid substances,or deposits in the exhaust gas,thereby affecting the gas flow and combustion efficiency in the furnace.The article provides a brief overview of the principle of the three chamber RTO process and provides a detailed explanation of how to use plate filters to solve the problem of flame arrester blockage in RTO waste gas treatment equipment.
