摘要
阐述将钛酸钡的高电光系数与光调控超构表面结合,设计一种电光调制器。对调制器模拟调制的透射谱进行分析,在1 550nm波段附近进行模拟电光强度调制,并成功实现100%的光强度调制。
This paper expounds the design of an electro-optical modulator combined with the high electro-optical coefficient of barium titanatea and light-modulated metasurface.The transmission spectra of the modulator's simulated modulation are analyzed,and successful 100% optical intensity modulation is achieved near the 1550 nm wavelength band.
