摘要
引领新时代职业教育实现高质量发展是“双高计划”落地的总体目标,这需要高职院校重视科研创新,强化内涵建设。然而,在高职院校中还存在着科研无关论、科研无力论、科研冲突论、科研无路论和科研无用论等科研功能认识偏误。高职院校需明晰科研应服务高职院校高水平建设,促进高职教师专业发展,赋能职业教育人才培养,推动职业技术研发与应用的应然价值,从以下方面消解高职院校科研功能的认知误区。一是明确科研错位发展,打破“科研无关论”困局;二是营造良好科研服务氛围,回应“科研无力论”争议;三是发挥科研反哺教学和育人作用,破解“科研冲突论”难题;四是打造优质科研合作平台,破解“科研无路论”困境;五是构建科学评价体系,扭转“科研无用论”风气。
Leading vocational education in the new era to achieve high-quality development is the overall goal of the"double high Plan",which requires higher vocational colleges to attach importance to scientific research and innovation and strengthen connotation construction;However,there exist several cognitive misunderstandings about the research functions within higher vocational colleges,including the irrelevance of research,the incapacity for research,the conflict of research with teaching,the deadlock of research development,and the uselessness of research.Higher vocational colleges need to clarify that research should serve the high-level construction of colleges,promote the professional development of vocational teachers,empower the training of vocational education talents,and promote the development and application of vocational technology.To dissolve these cognitive misunderstandings,the following measures should be taken:(1)clarifying the misplaced development of research and break the deadlock of"research irrelevance",(2)creating a favorable research service atmosphere to address the"research incapacity"debate,(3)leveraging research to feed back into teaching and education,solving the"research conflict"problem,(4)building high-quality research cooperation platforms to overcome the"no way out for research"dilemma,and(5)establishing a scientific evaluation system to change the"research uselessness"mindset.
