摘要
党的二十大报告提出以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴。中国式现代化离不开产业工人的现代化,加快推进产业工人队伍建设改革事关党执政基础的巩固、事关制造强国战略的实现、事关亿万产业工人素质的提升。本文基于调查分析,通过产业工人队伍建设改革影响因素评价指标体系设计,比较各主要影响因素的影响效力,探究新形势下产业工人的新诉求,为推进工作提供参考。
The report of the 20th Party Congress proposes to promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese path to modernization.It cannot be separated from the modernization of industrial workers,and accelerating the reform of industrial workers'workforce construction is related to the consolidation of the party's ruling foundation,the realization of the strategy of manufacturing a strong country,and the improvement of the quality of hundreds of millions of industrial workers.Based on the investigation and analysis,the paper compares the effectiveness of the influence of each major influence factor through the design of the evaluation index system of the influence factors of the reform of the construction of the industrial workforce,explores the new demands of the industrial workers under the new situation,and provides references for the advancement.
