罐式断路器加装内置式特高频局部放电传感器方法研究

摘要 为了提高罐式断路器绝缘状态监测水平,保障设备可靠运行,提出了现场加装内置式特高频局部放电传感器实施方法。首先,通过加装位置选择、传感器选型、密封结构设计、电场仿真计算和安装环境控制,实现内置式特高频局部放电传感器的现场安装;其次,通过密封试验检查加装位置的密封性能;最后,利用真型测试检验传感器的安装效果。结果表明:加装特高频传感器以后,罐式断路器内手孔表面和耦合电极的最大场强为12.45 kV/mm,屏蔽罩的最大场强为18.51 kV/mm,均小于设计许用值;密封结构包扎5 h后定量检漏SF6气体体积分数为8μL/L,小于标准要求值15μL/L;传感器灵敏度满足检测需要,且对外界干扰信号具有一定的抑制作用。运罐式断路器在加装内置式特高频局部放电传感器以后,其绝缘性能、密封性能和检测灵敏度均满足设计要求。研究结果为解决特高频局部放电现场检测提供了一种较为实用高效的方法。 In order to improve the insulation status monitoring level of tank circuit breakers and ensure the reliable operation of equipment,a method for installing built-in ultra-high frequency partial discharge sensors on site was proposed.Firstly,the on-site installation of the built-in ultra-high frequency partial discharge sensor was achieved through the selection of installation position,sensor selection,sealing structure design,electric field simulation calculation,and installation environment control.Secondly,the sealing performance of the installation position was checked through sealing tests.Finally,the installation effect of the sensor was verified through true type testing.The results show that after the installation of ultra-high frequency sensors,the maximum field strength of the inner hand hole surface and coupling electrode of the tank circuit breaker is 12.45 kV/mm,and the maximum field strength of the shielding cover is 18.51 kV/mm,both of which are lower than the design allowable values.Quantitative leak detection of SF 6 gas volume fraction of eight after five hours of sealing structure wrapping 8μL/L,less than the standard requirement value of 15μL/L.The sensitivity of the sensor meets the detection needs and has a certain inhibitory effect on external interference signals.After installing a built-in ultra-high frequency partial discharge sensor,the insulation performance,sealing performance,and detection sensitivity of the tank type circuit breaker meet the design requirements.The research results provide a practical and efficient method for on-site detection of ultra-high frequency partial discharge.
