在产教深度融合背景下,以推动新能源汽车专业发展为关键,以校企联合培养为新方向,充分调动职业教育和产业联动发展,统筹产业科技发展先进元素与新能源汽车专业教学协同创新,打造新能源汽车四大核心技能平台,打通校企课程开发、技术创新、成果转移链条,切实提高新能源汽车专业的教育质量和岗位适应性,培养更多高素质汽车技能人才、能工巧匠,更好服务地方区域经济发展。
In the context of the deep integration of industry and education,in order to promote the development of new energy vehicles as the key,with the joint training of schools and enterprises as the new direction,we should fully mobilize the linkage development of vocational education and industry,coordinate the advanced elements of industrial science and technology development and the collaborative innovation of new energy vehicle professional teaching,build four core skill platforms for new energy vehicles,open up the chain of school-enterprise curriculum development,technological innovation and achievement transfer,effectively improve the education quality and job adaptability of new energy vehicles,and cultivate more high-quality automotive skilled talents.Skilled craftsmen to better serve the local and regional economic development.
