摘要
目的:观察参麦注射液联合血必净注射液辅治重症肺炎的效果。方法:80例根据随机数字表法分为两组各40例。两组均给予西医治疗,联合治疗组同时给予参麦注射液、血必净注射液治疗。结果:治疗后联合治疗组IFN-γ、IL-17指标低于基础治疗组(P<0.05),IL-4、TGF-β指标高于基础治疗组(P<0.05)。联合治疗组GSH-Px、CD^(4+)指标高于基础治疗组(P<0.05),RAGE、CD^(8+)指标低于基础治疗组(P<0.05)。联合治疗组Raw、PIP、WOB指标低于基础治疗组(P<0.05),Cdyn指标高于基础治疗组(P<0.05)。联合治疗组Lac、PaCO_(2)指标低于基础治疗组(P<0.05),PaO_(2)、氧合指数指标高于基础治疗组(P<0.05)。联合治疗组CPIS、Murray评分低于基础治疗组(P<0.05),总有效率高于基础治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:参麦注射液联合血必净注射液辅治重症肺炎可提高疗效。
Objective:To observe the effect of Shenmai Injection combined with Xuebijing Injection in the treatment of severe pneumonia.Methods:Eighty cases were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with western medicine,and the combined treatment group were treated with Shenmai Injection and Xuebijing Injection at the same time.Results:After treatment,the indexes of IFN-γ and IL-17 in the combined treatment group were lower than those in the basic treatment group(P<0.05),and the indexes of IL-4 and TGF-β were higher than those in the basic treatment group(P<0.05).The GSH-Px and CD^(4+)indexes in the combined treatment group were higher than those in the basic treatment group(P<0.05),and the RAGE and CD^(8+)indexes were lower than those in the basic treatment group(P<0.05).The indexes of Raw,PIP and WOB in the combined treatment group were lower than those in the basic treatment group(P<0.05),and the Cdyn index was higher than that in the basic treatment group(P<0.05).The indexes of Lac and PaCO2 in the combined treatment group were lower than those in the basic treatment group(P<0.05),and the indexes of PaO2 and oxygenation index were higher than those in the basic treatment group(P<0.05).The CPIS and Murray scores of the combined treatment group were lower than those of the basic treatment group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate was higher than that of the basic treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenmai Injection combined with Xuebijing Injection in the treatment of severe pneumonia could improve the curative effect.
