废塑料改性沥青的分散性研究

摘要 已有研究发现废塑料掺量在6%以上时废塑料改性沥青会出现严重的离析问题,因此文中在6%废塑料掺量前提下,探究废塑料改性沥青储存稳定性、分散性最优的制备参数(剪切时间、剪切速率、剪切温度)。结果表明,制备参数无法改善废塑料改性沥青的热储存离析问题,但通过荧光显微镜试验发现,当剪切温度为180℃、剪切速率为4500 r/min、剪切2 h时,能使废塑料改性沥青的分散性达到最佳状态。 Through a large number of studies,it is found that the waste plastic modified asphalt will have serious segregation problems when the waste plastic content is above 6%.Therefore,the preparation parameters,such as shear time,shear rate and shear temperature,were explored to optimize the storage stability and dispersion of the waste plastic modified asphalt under the premise of 6%waste plastic content.The results showed that the thermal storage segregation of waste plastic modified asphalt could not be improved by the preparation parameters,but the fluorescence microscope test showed that the dispersibility of waste plastic modified asphalt could be optimized when the shear temperature was 180℃,the shear rate was 4500 r/min,and the shear rate was 2 hours.
