摘要
目的探讨穴位埋线联合一次性埋线针扫散治疗单纯性肥胖的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月新余市中医院收治的60例单纯性肥胖患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(30例)与观察组(30例),对照组采用穴位埋线治疗,观察组采用穴位埋线联合一次性埋线针扫散治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、体重、臀围、腰围、体重指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前的体重、臀围、腰围、BMI及WHR比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后的体重、BMI及WHR均低于本组治疗前,臀围、腰围均短于本组治疗前,且观察组治疗后的体重、BMI及WHR低于对照组,臀围、腰围短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单纯性肥胖患者采用穴位埋线联合一次性埋线针扫散治疗效果优于单纯穴位埋线,更有利于缩短患者的腰围、臀围,降低体重、BMI及WHR。
Objective To explore the application effect of acupoint thread embedding combined with disposable thread embedding needle sweeping in the treatment of simple obesity.Methods A total of 60 patients with simple obesity admitted to Xinyu Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group(30 cases)and an observation group(30 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received acupoint thread embedding treatment,while the observation group received acupoint thread embedding combined with disposable thread embedding needle sweeping treatment.The clinical efficacy,weight,hip circumference,waist circumference,body mass index(BMI),and waist-hip ratio(WHR)between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in body weight,hip circumference,waist circumference,BMI and WHR between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the body weight,BMI and WHR of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the hip circumference and waist circumference were shorter than those before treatment,and the body weight,BMI and WHR of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the hip circumference and waist circumference were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of acupoint thread embedding combined with disposable thread embedding needle sweeping is better than that of simple acupoint thread embedding in the treatment of simple obesity,which is more conducive to shortening the waist circumference and hip circumference of patients,reducing the body weight,BMI and WHR.
