摘要
结合产教融合的人才培养模式,解决应用型人才就业竞争力低下的问题。以需求为导向调整专业培养方案,以培养“双师型”教师调整师资队伍结构,通过共建实习实训基地加强校企合作。最后,深融产教融合人才培养模式新理念,以机电类专业应用型人才培养为例,加强学生对专业核心课程实践能力的培养,提升学生的就业竞争力。
Combining with a talent training mode based on the production-education integration to solve the problem of low employment competitiveness of applied talents.Adjust the professional training program based on the needs,train double-qualified teachers,adjust the structure of teaching staff,and strengthen the cooperation between schools and enterprises through the construction of practical training bases.Finally,the new concept of the production-education integration talent training mode is deeply integrated.Taking the training of applied talents in mechanical and electrical specialty as an example,the practical ability of students in professional core courses is strengthened,and the employment competitiveness of students is improved.
