摘要
心力衰竭是一种复杂的临床综合征,慢性心力衰竭是持续存在的心力衰竭状态。目前,芪苈强心胶囊已作为治疗慢性心力衰竭的中药复方制剂在临床广泛应用,其主要通过强心、利尿、抑制神经内分泌系统过度激活、抑制心室重构等多种机制发挥药理作用,可改善心力衰竭患者心功能、生存质量及其心力衰竭后认知功能障碍等,并可改善心肾综合征患者的肾功能指标等。未来,对芪苈强心胶囊的深入研究将为祖国医学治疗心血管疾病提供更多的理论依据。
Heart failure is a complex clinical syndrome,and chronic heart failure is a state of heart failure that persists.At present,Qili Qiangxin capsule has been widely used in clinical practice as a traditional Chinese medicine compound preparation for the treatment of chronic heart failure,which mainly plays a pharmacological role through various mechanisms such as cardiotonics,diuresis,inhibition of neuroendocrine system overactivation,and inhibition of ventricular remodeling,thus can improve cardiac function,quality of life and cognitive dysfunction after heart failure in the patients,and can improve renal function indicators in the patients with cardiorenal syndrome.In the future,the in-depth research on Qili Qiangxin capsule will provide more theoretical basis for the medical treatment of cardiovascular diseases in China.
