摘要
对B系列推土机平衡梁开裂故障进行系统研判,从板材、切割工艺、组对间隙控制、焊接工艺等方面进行系统剖析改进。工艺改进后进行了10次样件试制,并经过2个月300件的UT(超声波探伤)全检,检验结果显示平衡梁的焊缝内在质量合格率达到100%,满足产品设计要求,从而从根上解决了推土机平衡梁焊缝缺陷问题。
Cracking fault of the balance beam of the B-series dozer is systematically studied and judged,and it is systematically analyzed and improved in terms of sheets,cutting process,pairing gap control and welding process.After process improvement,10 times of sample trial production are carried out,and after full UT(ultrasonic flaw detection)of 300 pieces in 2 months,the test results show that the internal quality of the balance beam weld is 100%qualified,which meets the requirements of the product design,thus fundamentally solving the weld defect problem of the balance beam of the dozer.
