摘要
目的探究腹腔镜内环口高位结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的效果。方法队列研究。抽取2021年1月至2023年7月新乡医学院第一附属医院收治的小儿腹股沟斜疝患儿120例,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组行传统开放手术,观察组行腹腔镜内环口高位结扎术,对比两组患儿的手术相关指标、术后并发症发生情况及复发率。结果观察组术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间均少于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率(1.67%,1/60)低于对照组(11.67%,7/60),P<0.05;观察组复发率(1.67%,1/60)低于对照组(13.33%,8/60),P<0.05。结论腹腔镜内环口高位结扎术在小儿腹股沟斜疝的治疗中表现出良好的临床效果,其能有效改善患儿的临床指标,降低术后并发症和复发风险。
Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic high ligation of the internal ring in the treatment of pediatric inguinal hernia.Methods This study was a cohort trail.A total of 120 pediatric patients with inguinal hernia admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University from January 2021 to July 2023 were selected and they were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received traditional open surgery,and the observation group received laparoscopic high ligation of the internal ring.The operation-related indexes,postoperative complications and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results The intraoperative bleeding volume,surgical time,and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group(1.67%,1/60)was lower than that in the control group(11.67%,7/60),P<0.05.The recurrence rate of the observation group(1.67%,1/60)was lower than that of the control group(13.33%,8/60),P<0.05.Conclusions Laparoscopic high ligation of the internal ring hernia has shown good clinical effects in the treatment of pediatric inguinal hernia,which can effectively improve clinical indicators and reduce the risk of postoperative complications and recurrence.
